TWO NAPS OUT OF THREE: A great start to the week for SHAMROCK as he followed up Monday’s 9/4 WINNING NAP with VIGIL (NAP) WON 7/4 on Wednesday.
Vigil scrambled home by a short head at Navan yesterday to land the NAP at 7/4 but they all count !!
It’s two NAPS from three this week:
Mon: HE’S ROCK (NAP) WON 9/4
Wed: VIGIL (NAP) WON 7/4
They race at Thurles on Thursday and Gordon Elliott looks to have several good chances on the card.
I’m taking his De Plotting Shed to follow up on his Navan success last month – he was really impressive that day staying on well to beat Moylisha Tim by eight and a half lengths and over the same trip and similar ground today should follow up giving weight all round.
Val De Ferbet is the obvious danger having run some good races in better company than today.
