SHAMROCK LANDS 5/4 WINNING NAP: SHAMROCK landed a winning NAP from his only bet on Tuesday. NOBLE INN (NAP) WON 5/4 in the opener at Ballinrobe.
It was pleasing to see Noble Inn win well in the opener at Ballinrobe yesterday to land the NAP at 5/4. Like many of the French imports to the Willie Mullins stable he looks to have a big future ahead of him.
There’s no scheduled Irish racing today but an Irish trained runner certainly worthy of consideration in the 3.25 at Perth.
Formal Bid, trained by Gordon Elliott, has been in good form of late and can take a lot of beating in the claiming hurdle.
He has won two of his last three starts in Ireland at Bellewstown and Kilbeggan and if anything this represents an easier task for him.
Hat-trick seeking It’s A Mans World is the obvious danger.
