MULTIMAN CHECKS OUT WITH TWO WINNING DOUBLES OVER THE WEEKEND: Blackpool proved a profitable venue for MULTIMAN with TWO WINNING DOUBLES over the weekend in the World Matchplay Darts.
13.50 points profit on Sunday thanks to the success of Wes Newton and Dave Chisnall in the 2.35 BETDAQ MULTIPLES double.
That followed up Saturday’s winning double with Simon Whitlock and James Wade.
At last we are making some in-road into July’s P&L. A win today would actually take us into profit on the month so fingers crossed.
I’m heading to Cartmel for the double.
2.00 Cartmel
AUTUN
The only debutant but was better class than these on the flat. Twice a winner when trained by Sir Henry/Lady Cecil. He is now with the Brian Ellison stable and he has booked AP McCoy in the saddle. Autun was taken out at Market Rasen on Saturday presumably because of the rain but gets fast racing ground here.
3.35 Cartmel
FANTASY KING
A former Irish trained runner who made his jumps debut over course and distance for trainer James Moffatt in May. Despite finishing fourth of the five runners he did shape with promise and wasn’t beaten far.
The double is paying 6.25 on BETDAQ MULTIPLES.
