Two Listed races for fillies on the card at Naas this afternoon.
3:25 Clodovil E.B.F. Garnet Stakes (Fillies Listed) (3yo+, Class 1, 1m, 6 runners)
Dermot Weld’s Joailliere is the likely favourite here despite being off the track since May. She looked good on debut when winning by seven lengths at Gowran Park and was then pitched in at the deep end on her next and only other start in the Irish 1000 Guineas when ninth to Pleascach. Coming into a race at the tail end of the season when fresh could actually be a positive and she looks a good bet.
5:05 Es Que Love E.B.F. Bluebell Stakes (Fillies Listed) (3yo+, Class 1, 1m 4f, 8 runners)
This looks really open. The Charlie Appleby trained Endless Time was well exposed in Listed company at Newmarket when beating only one horse home and despite winning a handicap next time at the track looks one to take on back in this grade. I’m a place layer at around 1.63 on BETDAQ.
