MAGICAL FA CUP: The Premier League season is over, which means after all these cup finals in the next week or so there will be a bit of a lull before we are treated to the Euros next month. Although there is less games this weekend than what we have been used to, every game is massive as either a trophy or a promotion is on the line!

MILWALL TO BE COMPREHENSIVE
There has been so many games in the Playoffs this year where the away team has gotten a comfortable win in the first leg. This often leaves the opposition with too much to do in the second leg. After gaining a 3-1 at home in the first leg, you’d think that Milwall can take this weekend’s game a bit easy and coast into the Playoff final.

That won’t quite be the case for Milwall tonight though. Being a former club of mine I still watch quite a bit of this team, and as I see it they have two real danger men; Lee Gregory & Steve Morison. It is looking increasingly like Gregory is going to miss tonight’s game through injury which is a big loss if you were hoping to grab a goal to secure the tie. Hanson is the main threat for Bradford tonight, he is a big striker who Bradford will target all night.

Although it could be a tricky game, I think Milwall will still come through it. It suits them for the opposition to be attacking. They generally do sit off teams, allow them to attack and then hit them on the counter. Being two goals behind from the first leg, Bradford have to go for it tonight which will suit Milwall down to the ground. They will sit back and take the pressure. I definitely think this game is there for them to win. Even during the season they played how they will play tonight, so it is not as if they’ll be playing for a draw. They can play their usual style and get a result. Verdict – Milwall Win

AN UNDERWHELMING GOODBYE
Louis Van Gaal looks to be done at United regardless of tomorrow’s result. It has been an up and down time for him, with speculation around his job most of the season. Tomorrow is his chance to maybe hold on to his job, but I don’t think it looks good either way. The reason for this? United have become predictable during his reign.

Crystal Palace should know exactly what they need to do against United tomorrow to have a chance. Don’t let your full back stream forward throughout the game and you can keep United in front of you. Martial and Lingard live off of space on the wings when full back go forward. If they can resist this, then it will make life very difficult for the United strike force. Man United love to hold possession, but they often don’t do much damage with it. They get most of their goals on the counter despite the fact they hold most of the possession, so Palace just need to hold their discipline tomorrow.

If Palace are going to win the game they will need to take advantage of any chances they get in good areas. In particular they will need to push their big men forward for set pieces. You could see against West Ham how much trouble Man United were in under the high ball. Daley Blind is not a centre back, yet he is always left on one of the opposition’s big men which always spells trouble. This is certainly an area where Palace can grab a goal, and United won’t offer enough going forward to outscore a team, so long as Palace play smart. Verdict – Lay United
