6/4 WINNING NAP: SHAMROCK landed a winning nap yesterday with Top Othe Ra in the maiden hurdle at Ballinrobe.
We landed the nap at 6/4 last night – but only just !!
Top Othe Ra was all out to repel second favourite Licklighter by a head at Ballinrobe.
They race at Naas tonight and the feature is the Yeomanstown Stud Dark Angel EBF Stakes at 7.30pm.
It’s a Listed event for fillies and looks a competitive renewal.
Aidan O’Brien saddles six of the 13 runners but preference is for the Mick Halford trained Rehana who is having her first race since finishing a well beaten sixth in the Irish 1000 Guineas at the Curragh.
She had previously won a Group 3 here in fine style and she comes back tonight a fresh horse.
Only Mine made all to win a Listed race at the Curragh last time out but had quite a tough race and has to concede weight here.
