PREMIER LEAGUE SUNDAY: We preview Sunday’s Premier League game between SOUTHAMPTON v SPURS with a recommended BETDAQ bet.

4pm We only have one Premier League game to enjoy this Sunday as Spurs travel to Southampton. Southampton have been very poor this season, and before any of the weekend games kick off they currently find themselves in 17th position in the table. They have missed Charlie Austin desperately at times this season, as they continue to struggle to score goals. Spurs don’t have that problem though, especially with Harry Kane is superb form.
The match odds at the time of writing currently trade; Southampton 5.9, Tottenham 1.7 and the draw is 4.1. Apart from the blip of drawing at home to West Ham, Spurs have netted 18 times in their last six games in all competitions. They thrashed Southampton 5-2 recently at Wembley too, and with Southampton failing to improve by then, Spurs at 1.7 look very good value.
Over 2.5 goals is certainly an option at 1.83 too, especially considering that while Spurs have been scoring plenty lately, they have also conceded the odds goal too. Southampton have managed to find the net in their last three games too, however these games came against Watford, Fulham and Crystal Palace.
It’s definitely worth checking what price Harry Kane is to score first on BETDAQ after seeing the team news, however for our best bet we cannot get away from Spurs at 1.7. They are the in-form team at the moment and can steal another win here against the struggling Saints.
