CARABAO CUP WEDNESDAY: We preview Wednesday’s Carabao Cup match between MK DONS v LIVERPOOL with a recommended BETDAQ bet and extended stats.
MK DONS V LIVERPOOL
7.45pm After a setback in the Champions League last week, Liverpool got back to winning ways at the weekend against Chelsea. It’s fair to say that with a busy schedule Klopp may take the chance to rest some of his first XI here, but Sky have picked a good game to watch for Wednesday night in the Carabao Cup.
The match odds at the time of writing currently trade; MK Dons 17.0, Liverpool 1.22 and the draw is 7.6. Even with Liverpool resting some of the stars, it’s still very difficult to see anything bar a Liverpool win here. They have been absolutely superb this season – bar the blip against Napoli away from home they have looked like Premier League winners and rightfully have a five point lead already.
MK Dons have lost three of their last four games and they have shipped a lot of goals along the way. Liverpool may not have their first XI but they should still cover the handicap easily here. They’re currently trading 1.8 -2 goals on the Asian Handicap (Stakes void if Liverpool win by exactly two) and that looks cracking value.
BETDAQ BEST BET:
Liverpool -2 goals Asian Handicap to beat MK Dons at 1.8.
