EUROPA LEAGUE FINAL: Our European football tipster The Ultra previews the Europa League final on Friday between SEVILLA v INTER MILAN with a recommended BETDAQ bet.

SEVILLA V INTER MILAN
8pm And then there were two! We have a wonderful fixture for Friday Night Football this week as Sevilla and Inter Milan meet in the Europa League Final. Both sides have looked very strong in the competition to date and we should get a very high quality game of football here. Manchester United fans might feel that Sevilla were a little lucky to beat them, and they’d be right looking at xG, while Inter Milan have been in complete control since coming into the Europa League from the Champions League.
Sevilla did ride their luck in the semi-final against Man United, however that’s what happens when you don’t take your chances. United created enough to score early in the second half but never took their chances and that was that. Inter Milan hammered Shakhtar 5-0, and have more or less been in cruise control in this competition. They have looked a class above.
Sevilla will prove Inter’s biggest test to date, and rightly so with it being a final. Inter have been impressive, however they’ve only had to play Getafe, Bayer Leverkusen and Shakhtar – Sevilla are definitely a level above them. It will be fascinating to see what this Inter side can create against a cagey Sevilla side. Although having watching Sevilla against United – you feel that Inter can out score them here.
Prior to beating United, Sevilla had to beat Rome and Wolves. Roma have been solid in Serie A this season, but with United improved since lockdown you wouldn’t say Roma are a level above United – the Red Devils won the game on xG and were very unlucky to lose the fixture. Sevilla are unbeaten in their last 15 fixtures, a run going all the way back to before lockdown – however this is where the run ends.
Inter finished Serie A very impressively, getting close to winners Juventus with a winning run to end the season (although the league was already over). They have bossed their Europa League fixtures and must surely be full of confidence heading into this tie. Their numbers are very impressive, and they can out score this Sevilla side.
With it being a big Final, you’d have to expect a cagey start and that’s the way Sevilla like to approach games. Inter will come into their own in the second half and the 2.26 is too big to ignore. With a slow start expected, the goals markets look interesting but I expect fireworks in the second half here with Inter leading the way in front of goal.
