MATCH POINT: Our tennis tipping column previews the Wimbledon Women’s Final on Saturday and it’s an easy decision having recommended Pliskova at 41.0 pre-tournament on the 0% BETDAQ MARKET !!.
The good news is that we have a finalist in both the Women’s and Men’s Wimbledon Finals. The bad news is that Djokovic is in the Men’s final but more of that later on Saturday.
My best position is undoubtedly with Karolina Pliskova who was recommended at 41 pre-tournament (from just two selections) and she has made it to the second Saturday for a date with Ash Barty to fight out the title.

Having staked 2.5 points on Pliskova at 41 it makes sense to trade some of that out on BETDAQ to ensure a decent profit. We also had 8 points on Serena Williams who retired injured so a trade out of 25 points (at around 3.15) will leave us with this position.

PROFIT OF 14.5 points
If Pliskova wins:
100 points profit from original bet less 8 points (Williams) and 53.75 points from new lay
PROFIT OF 38.25 points
There’s enough of a differential to keep us cheering for Pliskova but it’s also nice to relax, now knowing the profit is locked in.
Speaking of her progress Pliskova said: “I think I still half can’t believe it. Coming into this tournament, the dream was to make the second week because I was not in the second week for a while. I never thought about maybe going into the final.”
The head-to-head stats firmly favour Barty (seeded 1) who has a career 5-2 lead over Pliskova (seeded 8) but they haven’t met on grass since 2016.
Both players are making their first appearance in a Wimbledon final.
