LA LIGA: Our football tipster The Ultra previews Friday’s match between ATLETICO MADRID v CADIZ with a recommended BETDAQ bet.
ATLETICO MADRID V CADIZ
8pm Friday night football in Europe on BETDAQ Betting Exchange comes from La Liga as Atletico Madrid host Cadiz check out BETDAQ Betting Exchange. This is a massive game for both sides when you look at the table, and it should be a cracker. Last weekend was a huge moment for Atletico Madrid as they got back into the top four with a win over Real Betis. That was vital to be honest as it doesn’t look like Barcelona were slowing down so they would have been hoping to overtake Real Betis rather than Barcelona! Cadiz also recorded a massive win last weekend with a 2-0 win over Rayo Vallecano and now they are right back in the fight to stay up.
Cadiz are going to start this game just one point behind Granada, and then they also have Mallorca and Getafe within three points too. Obviously they won’t be expected to win here given they are away to Atletico Madrid, but you have to remember Atletico Madrid have struggled to score goals this season and that’s why they find themselves in the tight for a top four spot rather than a title race. Cadiz have put together four games unbeaten so they will have confidence coming into the game, but it’s really hard to see anything bar an Atletico Madrid win here to be honest.
The markets agree, with Atletico trading as short as 1.32 at the time of writing. Although I expect Cadiz to put up a decent fight here and defend reasonably well, it’s actually hard to see them getting a result. They could make the game very boring, and make Atletico grind out a 1-0 or 2-0 win. That does make the goals market interesting, and that’s where I am putting my focus looking for value. Atletico haven’t exactly fired in front of goal this season, and under 2.5 goals makes a lot of appeal here at 1.91.
Cadiz have scored on average less than one goal per game this season in La Liga, and when you look at Atletico’s stats too I feel we’ll see an Atletico clean sheet here. Both Teams Not To Score is trading 1.53 which I feel is a fair reflection of the price, and I feel under 2.5 goals offers a lot more value at 1.91. As I said above, I can see Cadiz putting XI men behind the ball and make it a difficult night for Atletico – I really feel we’ll see Atletico grind out a 1-0 or 2-0 win here and I’d have unders ten ticks shorter. Atletico also have a massive Champions League game next week away to Manchester United, so don’t be surprised to see them ease off in the final 15 or so minutes if they have control of the game.
The Ultra Says:
Three points win Under 2.5 goals at 1.91 with BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE.
