SATURDAY IN EUROPE: Our football tipster The Ultra previews Saturday’s games between NAPOLI v UDINESE, BAYERN MUNICH v UNION BERLIN, RAYO VALLECANO v ATLETICO MADRID and RAYO VALLECANO v ATLETICO MADRID all with a recommended BETDAQ bet.

NAPOLI V UDINESE

2pm The fixtures keep coming at us from Europe and we have another excellent weekend ahead! We have action from Serie A, the Bundesliga and La Liga ahead of a super Saturday with all football bets 0% Commission on BETDAQ Betting Exchange. It’s been a busy week for plenty of sides around Europe with the Champions League and Europa League Last 16, but we start Saturday in Serie A with Napoli hosting Udinese. This is another must win game for Napoli at the top of the table after they lost a massive game to AC Milan at the start of the month. They did well to bounce back last weekend and beat Verona away from home, but they start this weekend three points behind AC Milan. They do have a better goal difference, and they would have been delighted to see Inter Milan drop points last weekend too, although Inter will have a game in hand. Udinese are down the table sitting just outside the relegation fight at the moment, but they do come into this game in decent form. They have been hard to beat lately, losing only once in their last six games and they have managed to get draws against Lazio, AC Milan and Roma in that run.

Napoli will have to be at the top of their game to win here, and I was surprised to see them trading as short at 1.5 when I clicked into the game. Napoli have had a tough run of late – they got knocked out of the Europa League but I can forgive them that as that came against Barcelona but they have also come up short in Serie A recently too. Obviously the title race is a thriller this season, and this could be another bump in the road for Napoli. As I said, Udinese have been very tough to beat lately and you couldn’t say that they didn’t deserve their draws against Lazio, AC Milan and Roma. Indeed, they created a bigger xG figure than Lazio and AC Milan which is impressive in its own right. I can see a very close game here, and the Napoli lay stands out from a betting point of view. I wouldn’t be surprised to see a very cagey game so under 2.5 goals might be of interest too, but it’s the Napoli lay for me.

The Ultra Says:
Two points lay (liability) Napoli to beat Udinese at 1.5 with BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE.

BAYERN MUNICH V UNION BERLIN

5.30pm Next we move to the Bundesliga as the German Champions Bayern Munich host Union Berlin. The title race in Germany got a little more interesting last weekend with Bayern dropping points against Hoffenheim and Dortmund winning midweek. The gap is now down to four points which is still a decent lead for Bayern, but it does make it a little bit more dramatic. Let’s not fool ourselves though, Bayern will very likely still lift the title but they can’t afford any more slip ups. Union Berlin are having another very consistent season as they start the weekend sitting in 8th position. They have been more or less performing the same as last season when they finished in 7th. The sides may have changed above them, but Union Berlin remain the same. Bayern have had their fair share of setbacks in the Bundesliga this season, but yet again last weekend they were very unlucky not to win. The game finished 1-1, but Bayern finished with an xG of 3.96. They could have easily scored five or six, and to be fair to Bayern it’s very rare that a team actually creates a bigger xG than them. Their worst performance of the season was probably a couple of weeks ago in the 1-1 draw here to Bayer Leverkusen.

It’s close to impossible to see past a Bayern win here. The gulf in class between the sides is just too big here, and the market agrees with Bayern trading as short as 1.2 at the time of writing. This is a case of how many goals can Bayern score rather than will they win in my opinion, and we’ll have to look towards the goals market for some value here. Despite that setback last weekend, you can’t take your eyes away from the xG figure posted from Bayern and they remain in incredible form going forward. Union Berlin try to keep games tight and I’m sure they will go into this fixture with similar tactics. We might not see four or more goals from Bayern, but they can cover the 1.5 goal handicap and 1.55 is a very appealing price to do so. It’s hard to see Union Berlin living with Bayern here but you have to respect the fact they are a solid side. Bayern winning by two goals makes a lot of appeal to me rather than going for the bigger handicaps.

The Ultra Says:
Three points win Bayern Munich -1.5 goals to beat Union Berlin at 1.55 with BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE.

RAYO VALLECANO V ATLETICO MADRID

8pm We move to La Liga to finish the day as Rayo Vallecano host Atletico Madrid. It’s already been a fantastic March for Atletico Madrid and they’ll be hoping to continue their winning run here. They started the month with a huge 3-1 win away to Real Betis in a Top Four crunch match, and then they’ve made it through to the Champions League Quarter-Finals during the week with a 1-0 win over Manchester United at Old Trafford. Atletico have been very unlucky to be battling for that fourth position this season because they haven’t been playing bad football – the xG table puts them in second for example but they still have work to do for that fourth spot and can’t afford to drop many points. Real Betis have bounced back from that setback and they are still fighting. Rayo Vallecano finally broke their losing run here last weekend with a 1-1 draw against Sevilla and that was a much improved performance. That will give Atletico Madrid layers some confidence for this game, but I still feel the 2.1 is too big on Atletico Madrid. They arrive into this fixture in top form and Rayo Vallecano look there for the taking.

Rayo Vallecano have really hit a wall midway through the La Liga season and their performance level has dropped off. Atletico seem to be coming to the boil at just the right time, and they are grinding out result now. That is classic Atletico – grinding sides down and winning close games. Although I am confident on the Atletico win, I am going to limit stakes here because Rayo Vallecano have put in two reasonable performances in their last two home games against Real Madrid and Sevilla. Real Madrid had to really grind out a 1-0 win and Sevilla couldn’t do the same having to settle for a 1-1 draw. If Atletico were odds on I’d give backing them a miss, but the 2.1 is too big not to get involved and I will just reduce stakes. Two points feels the perfect stake here – we should have a close game but Atletico can come out on top just like Real Madrid did. Much like the Napoli game earlier today, I couldn’t put anyone off under 2.5 goals again but it’s the Atletico win for me.

The Ultra Says:
Two points win Atletico Madrid to beat Rayo Vallecano at 2.1 with BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE.
