PREVIEW
A crucial game for many reasons between two of the major forces in English football takes place at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday with both teams heavily reliant on picking up three points.

For all the world it looked like Manchester City were finally going to overhaul Man United as the big boys in Manchester but recent form, especially away from home has let a five point advantage turn into a five point gap between themselves and their neighbours.

In contrast Arsene Wenger’s Arsenal team were down and out after trailing 2-0 after 20 minutes against bitter north London rivals Tottenham. However, a remarkable comeback which lead them to win seven games on the bounce has moved them level on points with their rivals, both fighting for that third automatic Champions League spot.

Arsenal have lost just twice at home this season and Man City have won just seven of their 15 away games.  Arsenal’s front men, spearheaded by Robin Van Persie, have been on fire in recent months scoring 23 goals in their last eight games, but they will be up against the best defence in the league lead by an in form Vincent Kompany.

Big games such as this one are always hard to predict but recent Head-to-Heads tell us to prepare for a tight, low scoring affair.  At around 3.55 on BETDAQ the draw looks the best option at the Emirates..
