ULTRA SUNDAY: The Ultra previews the action on Sunday from Serie A and La Liga with a recommended BETDAQ bet for both Atalanta v Lazio and Getafe v Real Madrid.
ATALANTA V LAZIO
5pm The top class action continues on Betdaq Betting Exchange from Europe this weekend! We have a cracker from Serie A as Atalanta host Lazio, and then we also have Real Madrid in action in La Liga. We kick off the action in Serie A, and we have two sides who need a win here – Lazio have had a very lacklustre start to the season and have managed just seven points from their six games thus far. They are definitely going to be under pressure to break into those European spots; they came so close last season! Atalanta are going to be under pressure to hold onto their Champions League spot this season too given the competition – Inter Milan, Napoli, Juventus and AC Milan all look strong at the start of the season, and Roma have made a very positive start too! Atalanta are only one of two sides to remain unbeaten coming into this weekend; but they have had four draws from six games and if you look at their under-lining numbers they have been getting away with things so far. They’ve been conceding a lot of chances – their average xG conceded is 1.48 but the actual goals scored against them average is only 0.83. Things could be much worse!
Atalanta come into the game as the odds on favourites at 1.79 with Lazio 4.8 and the draw is 4.1 at the time of writing. The 1.79 might feel a little short on Atalanta given the volume of chances they have been conceding, but Lazio have actually conceded a higher xG this season. Their average xG conceded is 1.58 – Lazio are also massively over-performing in front of goal too. Their average xG created is only 1.27 which is a pretty average mid-table figure but they’ve scored more than that. The reality is we have two teams here who are struggling at the start of the season, and it’s hard to have much faith in either of them. I do feel that the Atalanta price is too short, and they wouldn’t be a bad lay – the draw also offers good value at 4.8 given there isn’t much between the sides. The bet I like here however is Both Teams To Score at 1.87 – they’ve both been so poor at the back this season we should see plenty of chances at both ends of the pitch.
The Ultra Says:
Two points win Both Teams To Score at 1.87 with BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE.

GETAFE V REAL MADRID
8pm We move over to La Liga to finish the action on Sunday as Getafe host Real Madrid. It was a good weekend for Real Madrid before the International Break as they went top of the table again! Barcelona lost 4-1 to Sevilla while Real Madrid beat Villarreal. Real had lost the advantage at the top with a 5-2 loss against Atletico Madrid the weekend prior – we’re bound to have plenty of drama in the title race this season! This is a game that Real will be fully expected to win, and it’s no surprise that Xabi Alonso’s side come into the game as the odds on favourites. Real Madrid are trading 1.44 with Getafe 9.2 and the draw is 4.9 at the time of writing. With Atletico Madrid a little off the pace already this season, it’s clear La Liga is going to be about Real Madrid and Barcelona – what’s new you might say – but they are miles clear on under-lining numbers. Barcelona have an average xG created of 2.34 and Real Madrid have a figure of 2.14 – the next best side is on 1.69, and compare those figures to Getafe on 1.01! That’s actually the second worst attacking figure in La Liga this season.
Getafe are sitting in mid-table, mainly due to the fact that they have been solid at the back. They are in the top six on defensive figures, and it’s hard to see anything other than Getafe putting XI men behind the ball here to hopefully get a draw. It’s clear to see that the market respects Getafe at the back; Over 2.5 goals is trading 1.99 and we know how open Real like to make games. Obviously Getafe have really struggled to create chances this season but they can easily make life difficult for Real here – I wouldn’t exactly be rushing to take the 1.44; you have to feel that there are better 1.44 shots this weekend. I do expect this game to be quiet; I couldn’t put anyone off Under 2.5 goals at 1.98 or bigger given it might drift to 2.0+ before kick off. However, Getafe have been so limited this season and given their likely negative tactics, I like Both Teams Not To Score at 1.76.
The Ultra Says:
Two points win Both Teams Not To Score at 1.76 with BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE.
