DAQMAN IN BIG-RACE DOUBLE BID: The Flat season bows out with the November Handicap in the mud at Doncaster today, while Aintree brings back the sensation of the National fences in a Grand start to the Jumps big-race scene. DAQMAN has BETDAQ bets at 10-1 and 20-1. Headlines:

⭕ 2.40 Aintree (Grand Sefton Chase) Aintree to the rescue! The wonderful turf on a track rarely used has 70-plus runners today. King Turgeon, last year’s winner as part of an autumn hat-trick, (Gaboriot 3rd, Frero Banbou 6th) has won both times after long holidays and was schooled over the National fences this week.
Though Gaboriot is 13lb better off with King Turgeon, last year’s place was a one-off on his spectrum and blinkers return today as a reviver.
Stablemate White Rhino wins when fresh but is high in the handicap and needs champion jockey Sean Bowen to make a difference.
The Scottish Grand National third Our Power, who jumped these big fences in Corach Rambler’s Grand National, would be Sam Thomas’s second Grand Sefton win after Al Dancer three years ago, but younger horses usually win this.
Another 10-year-old, If Not For Dylan ran well on the Mildmay Course here two weeks back, but with new trainer Lucinda Russell earmarking him for veterans chases.
Expect ‘Dylan’ to be up with pace of Jet Plane, who ran second in the Foxhunters in April over this CD, leading until the last.
Jet Plane’s Dan Skelton yard had four consecutive winners yesterday, taking both big races at Exeter, the Haldon Gold Cup and the Future Stars Silver Bowl.
Excello has dropped down the handicap and he jumped these fences in the Topham but Nicky Henderson is not in the best of form.
Betdaq Betting Exchange 8.5 Jet Plane, King Turgeon, 11 Our Power
BIG DONNY DAY FOR DOYLE
⭕ 1.25 Doncaster Young sprinters win this, and Zoum Zoum – twice a winner on heavy ground – scored over the Doncaster CD on soft last October before spending most of his time at 7f.
Group-1 winners Montassib and Art Power both love the mud, and Montassib looks the saver to bull’s-eye bets on Zoum Zoum at 8.6 and Art Power at 18.0 on BETDAQ.
⭕ 2.35 Doncaster Realign finally came good on the soft at Haydock in September and William Haggas has booked James Doyle. BETDAQ 5.3 taken this morning.
⭕ 3.10 Doncaster ‘Doyler’ rides my nap of the day, Danielle, dropping back to Listed level here, after good efforts in the Park Hill on today’s track and behind Kalpana in the Fillies and Mares on Champions Day.
‘FREE’ BETDAQ VALUE AT 21.0
⭕ 3.45 Doncaster (November Handicap) All recent winners except one (at Doncaster) have come out of stalls 8 to 17, the extremes of the draw at a disadvantage as the field spreads out from the centre ground.
Only one winner since 2015 has carried more than 9st., and only one has been older than six. Just one winning favourite in the decade.
Castle Cove has been backed three times in class 2 (twice favourite) to follow up his Chester win in June and failed.
There were excuses in the Newbury Autumn Cup but the first-time hood today suggests frustration by connections, with William Haggas trying for a first (Lincoln Handicap) and last big-race double of the season at Doncaster.
The 2024 third, Oneforthegutter, who had to be switched from a low draw, is better off with the winner, Lord Melbourne, but is now out in gate 20, short on recent form and with the ground against him.
Miller Spirit (6th) is down 15lb, taking in Toby Moore’s allowance. Well backed when books opened, but punters will not like his head carriage or his sequence of poor form this year.
Stressfree (7th) has climbed the handicap but some of his recent runs look good, like his Ebor fourth to subsequent Melbourne Cup winner, Ethical Diamond!
Lord Melbourne’s yard has back-up with the progressive three-year-old Master Vintner, though the two second-season winners of this in the decade had much more experience.
Betdaq Betting Exchange 10 Master Vintner, 13 Lord Melbourne, 21.0 Stressfree

What are points? Points facilitate a staking plan, which is the secret to creating profit. One point is whatever you choose: a pound, a euro, or whatever ….
Start with a bank and decide how much you can afford to lose over a period of time, and determine the size of your bets accordingly. Daqman makes this variation every day.
