*HOT SPOTS* Daqman’s new spy list of horses seen in running looks back and looks forward to quality potential from the leading stables.

WINNER-A-DAY SEQUENCE Daqman added to his winner a day sequence with Kasino Des Mottes who was an unlikely winner at Kempton. Favourite Fresh Kicks looked to have it in the bag before the turbo-charged finish from Kasino on the run in/

DAQMAN WEEKLY HOT SPOTS

*HOT SPOTS* horses seen in running is launched today. Look out for a weekly update after the three-day Cheltenham meeting this weekend.

STRESSFREE So near and yet so far. Third, fourth and fifth three times since he won at Haydock in the Spring. In fact, this year’s tally is ELEVEN times (11-13) in the first five, mainly over 1m 4f.

Trainer David O’Meara had sent the five-year-old hurdling during the winter (won once, third once). Now he is tempted back ‘over the sticks’ for all concerned to destress about a horse who’s finished 18 times in the first three.

THANKSFORTHEHELP This David Pipe Martaline grey, who wears the green and gold hoops of the J P McManus silks, is earmarked for a stayers’ handicap hurdle at Haydock next Saturday week.

Not punished in the Pertemps qualifier at Newbury last week, all depends on the shape of the Haydock race, which connections seem to have sorted.

Also engaged for the same owner – 20lb ahead of ‘Help’ – is Impose Toi, ready winner off top-weight of the Pertemps qualifier at Aintree on Saturday. J P seems sure to have the opposition trapped between his parameters.

TURBOCHARGED Dan Skelton won six consecutive races, leading up to Saturday’s Aintree meeting, and was 33131 with his bumper runners into this week.

Watch out for Turbocharged, from a family of winners in that sphere. Raceform describes his performance at Newbury as ‘in rear, no chance’, yet he made enough late headway to finish third.

JUNIOR HAS SENIOR CHANCE

⭕ 2.27 Lingfield Harry Junior ran his best race to date on handicap debut last time out when second to favourite Pertemps Diamond at Worcester. The handicapper has shoved him up 2lb but he may well still be ahead of the game having only shown modest form previously. The David Pipe stable are going well.

Previous course and distance winners Golden Ambition and Jolie Bale should again go well in an open race. The former won this same race off a 3lb lower mark last season whilst Jolie Bale returns after a 250 day break and wind surgery.

LUNAR TO POWER HOME

⭕ 3.20 Hereford Of Course You Can might now be vulnerable under her 4lb penalty for a hard fought success at Ludlow last time out.

On The Go heads the Betdaq Betting Exchange market but is 0-6 so far and might need some relief from the handicapper.

I’ll take a chance with Lunar Power who ran much better at Kempton last time out behind Turndlightsdownlow who has stormed home again since.

GRAECIA IN GREAT FORM

⭕ 3.55 Hereford Graecia remains in good form and followed up her Worcester win with a solid second at Kempton last time out.

She is preferred to Renoir who hasn’t really progressed since his course and distance win March.

What are points? Points facilitate a staking plan, which is the secret to creating profit. One point is whatever you choose: a pound, a euro, or whatever ….

Start with a bank and decide how much you can afford to lose over a period of time, and determine the size of your bets accordingly. Daqman makes this variation every day.
