GALWAY: Stage a seven race card over jumps getting underway at 3.55 this afternoon. The going is soft (soft/heavy in places).
Flying Light ran a cracker at the Galway Festival to finish second to Rock Critic and should make no mistakes in going one better over the same trip tonight in the maiden hurdle at 4.25.
There’s nothing in the line-up today that can get remotely close to that level of form and Flying Light should gain a first success over timber.
Carlingford Lough is another Festival runner expected to win tonight. He won well here last month and now gets the chance to show his ability over the larger obstacles.
