★🇫🇷 WON 4-5 DIAMOND NECKLACE (France)

SUNDAY SERVICE: Daqman looks at the two Group races on Trials Day at Naas with a selection too from Ripon.
BATTLE OF THE V’S
⭕ 4.26 Naas (Coolmore Stud Irish EBF Fillies Sprint Stakes Group 3) This looks a cracker on paper with five of the six fillies bidding to preserve their unbeaten records.
Top of the Betdaq Betting Exchange market is Aidan O’Brien’s sole runner Victorious who created a nice impression over course and distance on debut last month coming through in the closing stages having shown greenness at the start. She looks certain to improve further but interestingly holds no big race entries.
She looks a little skinny in the market and I thought both Velozee and Vollering represented a little bit of value against her.
Velozee hails from the Twomey yard who are in red hot form with nine winners from their last 17 runners and his filly here was really quite impressive when winning a Listed race at the Curragh over five furlongs last time out. She could do even better over today’s six furlongs and might prove a tough nut to crack.
Archie Watson sends over Vollering who does have a stack of big race entries. She’s taking a massive step up in class after winning her maiden at Redcar but did it in grand style and is another that should relish the step up in trip.
RELATIVELY EASY FOR DARWIN
⭕ 4.56 Naas (Goffs Lacken Stakes Group 3) Charles Darwin wasn’t overly impressive on his seasonal reappearance at Navan last month when he made all to beat Silk Braid in a Listed race.
I’m prepared to cut him some slack though as it was his first start since winning the Norfolk Stakes at Royal Ascot last June and his winning run should continue here before he presumably heads back to Berkshire for a crack at the Group 1 Commonwealth Cup next month.
He should come on plenty for his last run and can see off the challenge of the higher rated Havana Anna who may need the run herself on her first start since disappointing in the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Turf Sprint at Del Mar in October.
The others have plenty to find on form with the exception of Royal Bay Cen who bolted home to win a Listed race at Cork last time out but crucially it was soft ground that day and she is, as yet, unproven on this quicker surface.
I DARE YOU
⭕ 5.50 Ripon The second division of this six furlong sprint where low drawn numbers should enjoy a marginal edge.
I’m Dan Dare (drawn 3) went really close at Redcar last time out when headed at the post and should be able to go one better despite his 2lb hike in the weights.
Maynora will find this tougher with 4lb more after her Redcar win last time whilst Call Me By Name is a class dropper but still needs to show more for my money.

What are points? Points facilitate a staking plan, which is the secret to creating profit. One point is whatever you choose: a pound, a euro, or whatever ….
Start with a bank and decide how much you can afford to lose over a period of time, and determine the size of your bets accordingly. Daqman makes this variation every day.
