FRIDAY NIGHT AT DUNDALK: An eight race card kicks off under floodlights at 5.50 with Shamrock’s nap of the night running in the 7.50.
Dundalk stage their first meeting tonight of 2013 and the bet of the night could come in the 7.50, the Crowne Plaza Leading Jockey & Trainer Championship Maiden.
Benbecula and Kharezi should fight out the finish. Both were placed at the track in separate races on the 12 December – and both finished beaten favourites.
Benbecula might just edge it tonight. He is 5lb better on the official ratings and is stepped back in distance tonight and I think the BETDAQ market has got it wrong with him as second favourite at the time of writing.
