CHAMPIONS LEAGUE TUESDAY: We preview Tuesday’s Champions League semi-final second leg between JUVENTUS and MONACO with a recommended BETDAQ bet.

7.45pm You have to hand it to Juventus. They managed to keep two clean sheets against Barcelona, and then managed to keep Monaco from scoring at Stade Louis II – something no one else has managed this season. After seeing the first leg and knowing what a superb record Juve have at home – this tie looks over. However, there’s still money to be made in the second leg markets.
The match odds at the time of writing currently stand at; Juventus 1.7, Monaco 5.8 and the draw is 4.1. Juventus are unbeaten at home in all competitions this season, while they’ve only conceded 15 times in 27 games. If anything, the 5.8 on Monaco looks a little short. They’ll have to go with an attacking plan, and that will probably play into Juventus’ hands more than anything.
You have to go back all the way to 2013 for the last time Juve were beaten at home in the Champions League, and they look like a big price at 1.7. They may start a little cagey and will want a tight game with few chances, especially early on – but you have to expect Monaco to take a few chances going forward as the game goes on, and surely Juve can counter attack and win the game late on.
Under 2.5 goals is slightly tempting at 2.1 given that Juve are ahead and they’re so good at the back, however we feel the Juve win at 1.7 offers more value. It might be worth checking the prices of 1-0 and 2-0 Juventus wins in the correct score market closer to kick off too.
