CHAMPIONS LEAGUE TUESDAY: We preview Tuesday’s Champions League games between LIVERPOOL v GENK and CHELSEA v AJAX with recommended BETDAQ bets.

LIVERPOOL V GENK

8pm The Champions League returns on Tuesday night and we kick off with the shortest price of this week! Liverpool are trading as short as 1.1 at the time of writing and to be honest it’s nearly impossible to see past them winning. Even when they were in big trouble at the weekend; they pulled it out of the bag with two goals in the last four minutes to beat Aston Villa 2-1. They look unstoppable at the moment, and what they did the weekend was a real sign that they have what it takes to win the Premier League this season.

Given this is the middle fixture in the Group, these sides met just two weeks ago with Liverpool running out easy 4-1 winners away from home. Genk have only managed one win from three games since then, and lost 2-0 away from home at the weekend. Liverpool should run riot here, and this will be a nice confidence boost after drawing with Arsenal in the cup and a little scare at the weekend. Any Other Home Win (Liverpool to score four or more and win) is trading 2.14 in the Correct Score market and this looks cracking value at odds against.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Any Other Home Win at 2.14.

CHELSEA V AJAX

8pm Chelsea pulled off a brilliant, and unexpected, away win two weeks ago against Ajax to put themselves in a great position in Group H. They needed to pick up points somewhere away from home after losing to Valencia at Stamford Bridge in their opening fixture, and where better than away to Ajax! If they can get a repeat win here, they will be in an excellent position to top the Group and pick up a better Last 16 tie.

The match odds at the time of writing currently trade; Chelsea 1.96, Ajax 4.1 and the draw is 4.0. Only a goal separated the sides two weeks ago, so perhaps the 1.96 on Chelsea is a little short. There isn’t much between these sides and Ajax will surely make the game closer than those odds suggest. We would have Chelsea odds against. They have been in good form recently though, and grinded out another away win at the weekend. Manchester United managed to beat them here in the League Cup last week though, and from a value point of view we’re happy to lay Chelsea at 1.96.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Lay Chelsea at 1.96.
