EURO 2016 THURSDAY: The first quarter-final between POLAND v PORTUGAL will be played at 8pm on Thursday.

Poland v Portugal

8pm It’s hard to back Portugal at their current price of 2.32 given they have yet to win in 90 minutes in the tournament thus far, and Poland have been pretty solid at the back too, they’ve only conceded once in four games. Portugal have struggled to find the net apart from their open game with Hungary, so we feel that its best to stay away from the 2.32, we would be tempted at only around the 2.5 mark.

This game screams unders, with Poland only finding the net three times in their four games so far, they are actually the lowest scoring side to make it to the Quarter Finals – but Portugal themselves too can’t be relied upon to bang in the goals, especially given how solid Poland have been at the back to date – we can see this game being fairly cagey and boring, apart from an early Portugal goal that might open it up. But at the odds were happy to back under 2.5 goals at 1.51 and it might be worth checking the draw at HT price closer to kick off too, at around 2.0 that would become a solid bet.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Under 2.5 goals at 1.51.
