PREVIEW
It seems crazy to see Bayern Munich trading at around 1.19 on BETDAQ and their opponents at the Allianz Arena tonight, Borussia Monchengladbach, as big as 21, considering the away side have lost just one of the last six encounters between the side and have won two of the last three.

However, after losing their Bundesliga title to Borussia Dortmund last season, Munich are in determined fashion to wrestle back their crown and are an incredible 11 eleven points clear of second-place Bayer Leverkusen – a Bundesliga record after 16 matchdays.

They have lost only one league game all season and have conceded just six goals but Gladbach are unbeaten in their last four games away from home and if they beat Bayern, it will be the first time in their history they have won three successive league games against them.

The eight-place side will be fearing Mario Gomez as the Bayern striker has hit three goals and had a hand in two others since his return from injury. He looks set to start as the 22-times German champions look to extend their title lead before Christmas.

Munich have spanked in 43 goals in 16 games so far and should have far too much firepower for their opponents. However, whether this will be a major goalfest is questionable, with only one of each club’s last five league matches producing over 3.5 goals.

Therefore, backing under 3.5 goals at around 1.83 on BETDAQ looks the way to go.

RECOMMENDATION: (1-10 points)
Back under 3.5 goals at around 1.83 on BETDAQ: 5 points

Thursday: +4.44 points
DECEMBER RETURN TO DATE: +3.57 points
