Stuttering Notts County look to have a fantastic opportunity to get their first win in five games when they host struggling Bury tonight at Meadow Lane.
Bury have won once in 13 league games, losing six of those, and are without a win in three games, conceding exactly two goals in those matches. It looks like another season of trying to avoid the drop for them.
County would have harbored play off ambitions at the start of the season but internal problems have contributed to them rarely producing their best on the field. Caretaker manager Chris Kiwomya did at least preside over a morale boosting draw with in-form Walsall on the weekend and a reproduction of that effort would surely see the Magpies take three points later.
They might have only won two of the last 12 games but have improved of late.
Their opponents have won just twice away from home in League One this season, a league-low along with other strugglers Portsmouth and Hartlepool.
You really would have expected the hosts to be shorter than the 2.03 available on BETDAQ and that looks worth a decent bet.
