PREVIEW
It’s a mouth-watering clash at the San Siro tonight as two of Europe’s heavyweights, AC Milan and Barcelona, take to the pitch for the first leg of their Champions League last-16 clash.

With 11 European Cups/Champions Leagues between them, there will be certainly be no shortage of pedigree on show later. Barcelona are the favourites for the tournament outright and have won eight of their last 11 away ties in this competition.

Milan have failed to beat Barcelona in their last seven meetings and suffered a poor start to their league campaign. They also rather squeezed through their Champions League group, failing to win a home game and taking just eight points from 18 available.

Even so, Barca look short enough at around 1.53 on BETDAQ, considering the fact they have conceded in their last seven away games. They were also beaten by Celtic in the group stages and at their best Milan are more than capable of giving the Catalan giants a game.

Massimiliano Allegri’s men have put that poor start behind them and have only lost one of their last ten games in Serie A. Although they have been more functional than full of flair this season, they remain a difficult team to break down.

The Rossoneri look huge at around 7.4 on BETDAQ considering their history and with home advantage, but the best bet is probably to back both teams to score at 1.78 on BETDAQ, Barca’s defence has been quite porous in recent weeks. And at the other end, it’s almost impossible not to see the likes of Lionel Messi and David Villa hitting the net.

RECOMMENDATION: (1-10 points)
Back both teams to score at around 1.78 on BETDAQ: 4 points

Tuesday: +4.16 points
FEBRUARY RETURN TO DATE: -11.52 points
