Gus Poyet has done a fantastic job down at the seaside club and they will fancy their chances of upsetting Palace later. Both games in the league ended with 3-0 home wins but it’s Poyet’s men who ended the league with the best defensive record in the division, conceding just 43 goals across 46 games.
Palace also have history against them having lost three and drawn one of four previous play-off semi-final games. The Eagles have also won just one of their last five at home.
