PREVIEW
Both Bradford and Northampton knocked out teams who finished above them in League Two on their way to today’s lucrative play-off final and this will be the fifth meeting between the two sides this season. The Bantams won both league games by a single goal and also knocked Northampton out of the FA Cup on penalties after a replay couldn’t separate them.

Bradford are favourites at around 2.31 on BETDAQ, with their opponents only slightly bigger at around 2.92, but it’s Northampton who head into the match on the back of a five game unbeaten run, winning their last three. Bradford have only won two of their last six but did really well to win 3-1 away to Burton Albion in the semi-final decider, having lost the first leg 3-2 at home.

This match will be their 64th of the season in all competitions and Phil Parkinson’s men’s second trip to Wembley having lost in the Capital One Cup final to Swansea City. In what promises to be a tough match they can gain compensation for that heavy defeat by the Swans and secure promotion.

Having lost just one of the last ten meetings against the Cobblers, their confidence will be high and Northampton struggled badly at games away from Sixfields Stadium this term.
