PREMIER LEAGUE: We preview Tuesday’s four Premier League games with a recommended BETDAQ bet. The televised game is SWANSEA v SPURS at 7.45pm.

SWANSEA V TOTTENHAM

7.45pm The football keeps coming over the busy festive period, and we kick off tonight’s action with Swansea v Spurs live on Sky Sports! Swansea surprised everyone when winning 2-1 away to Watford on Saturday, Watford have been in poor form lately, however that was a very much unexpected given the way Swansea have been playing this season. It’s got them back in touch in the fight to stay up, and could jump up the table if they managed to pull off a shock victory here. The markets can’t see them winning though as they are currently trading 11.5, with Spurs 1.35 and the draw 5.4 at the time of writing. Harry Kane, and Spurs, are in superb form at the moment and while Swansea did get a nice win at the weekend, we expect Spurs to win easily here given the goal scoring form that they are in. They’re currently trading 2.08 -1.5 goals and that looks good value.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Tottenham -1.5 goals to beat Swansea at 2.08.

SOUTHAMPTON V CRYSTAL PALACE

7.45pm Both these sides managed to draw with the two Manchester sides at the weekend. Obviously the achievement was bigger for Crystal Palace stopping Manchester City’s winning run! Southampton have struggled for goals this season, and it was always likely that they would try to frustrate United rather than go and try to win the game at Old Trafford – they would have been happy enough with the 0-0 draw. As we know, Palace have been very good under Hodgson and bar losing 3-2 to Arsenal they have been unbeaten for a while now. We just feel that the 2.04 on Southampton to win here is too short – especially considering that Palace were able to stop City winning at the weekend – and this one should be closer than those odds suggest.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Lay Southampton at 2.04.

WEST HAM V WEST BROM

7.45pm West Brom managed to get a point against Arsenal on Sunday evening, however their long run without a win continues. To be honest, Pardew hasn’t improved the side – results haven’t changed and it’s hard to imagine that Pulis wouldn’t be getting similar, if not better results. Oppositely, West Ham have picked up plenty of points under Moyes thus far and are scoring goals. They have conceded too many for anyone’s liking in their recent games, however West Brom have been struggling this season obviously and away from home we don’t expect them to be too attacking. If West Ham continue their form, they should beat this West Brom side and the 2.02 on a home win looks too big.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
West Ham to beat West Brom at 2.02.

MANCHESTER CITY V WATFORD

8pm How will City cope with their winning run coming to an end!? It hardly matters, as the league is already over! They should easily get back to winning ways here against a Watford side really struggling. They had been unlucky with red cards in some recent games, however losing at home to Swansea is unacceptable given the football Swansea have been playing this season. Losing that game would have been a bitter blow, and an early City goal here could see the floodgates open. We’re happy to back Any Other Home Win (City to score four or more and win) at 2.9 in the correct score market for that reason – they have been excellent at home this season and with Watford playing poorly, the 2.9 looks great value.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Any Other Home Win at 2.9.
