WINNING NAP: SHAMROCK landed a winning NAP from his only bet of the day on Thursday. Gallant Tipp (NAP) WON 11/10 but was around 2.6 on BETDAQ at the time of publishing.
It’s a big night ahead for Aidan O’Brien on the first day of the Breeders’ Cup at Santa Anita.
O’Brien has two in the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Turf at 9.25pm – Giovanni Boldini (Ryan Moore) and Wilshire Boulevard (William Buick).
O’Brien has won the last two runnings and must have outstanding claims again tonight, especially with Giovanni Boldini who is far lighter raced than his stable companion.
Giovanni Boldini comes to this on the back of an easy win at Dundalk in a Listed race.
At Dundalk tonight the best bet on the card could be Monsieur Power in the opener. He has finished third in both starts at the Curragh, notably last time out when beating by Shining Emerald and Guerre in a Listed contest.
