SUPER SHAMROCK IS 10 NAPS OUT OF 10: SHAMROCK made it 10 WINNING NAPS OUT OF 10 on Saturday with Fury’s Road (NAP) WON 2/5. The amazing sequence has included a 6/1 WINNING NAP with Sinoria and the hypothetical odds for the 10 winners combined is 940/1.

It’s now TEN winning naps in a row:

Sat: LE RICHEBOURG (NAP) WON 11/10
Sun: LE BAGUE AU ROI (NAP) WON 10/11
Sun: SINORIA (NAP) WON 6/1
Wed: BLACK TEARS (NAP) WON 8/13
Thu: RAKHEEN STATE (NAP) WON 9/10
Sat: MONALEE (NAP) WON EVENS
Sun: UCELLO CONTI (NAP) WON 4/7
Wed: LAURINA (NAP) WON 3/10
Thu: REAL STEEL (NAP) WON 10/11
Sat: FURY’S ROAD (NAP) WON 2/5

Now for number 11.

They race at Naas on Sunday and my nap runs in the opening maiden hurdle at 1.30pm.

A huge field of 23 runners but it can be quickly whittled down and the Willie Mullins trained Fast Buck looks to have a solid chance after his promising debut.

He’d already shown winning bumper form in France before joining the stable and chased home Fakir D’Oudairies on his Irish debut at Cork.

The winner has gone on to win the JCB Triumph Trial Juvenile Hurdle in grand style and Cheltenham and is at the head of the market for two Cheltenham Festival races next month so the form looks very good indeed.

He should prove too strong for the Noel Meade trained Momus who was a well beaten third when sent off the odds-on favourite at Fairyhouse on New Year’s Day.
