TIPPERARY NAP: SHAMROCK is now three winning naps from his last four and naps in the 7.25pm at Tipperary tonight.

No joy from Espere last night who ran poorly and ended the sequence of winning naps at three in a row.

Hopefully back on track tonight at Tipperary where Proud And Elated is taken to end her sequence of placed efforts and gain an overdue win.

The Joseph O’Brien trained runner is no world beater but has shown enough in her recent starts to suggest a first win is imminent.

I particularly liked her third of 20 at Leopardstown where she seemed to relish the quick ground she’ll get again tonight.

The race is dominated by Thomas Mullins (three runners) and Luke Comer (two runners) and of that quintet Scarlet Seymour looks the biggest danger after a good fourth at Leopardstown last time out.

SHAMROCK’S BETS:
NAP: Proud And Elated (7.25 Tipperary)
