TIPPERARY TUESDAY NAP: SHAMROCK heads to the evening card at Tipperary for his nap running in the 5.45pm race.
A busy eight race card at Tipperary this evening.
Racing gets underway at 4.45pm on yielding ground and my best bet on the card comes in the 5.45pm.
Aidan O’Brien’s Etched looks very much the one to be on. She has finished close up in all four of her starts and the step up in distance might well be the key to her unlocking her first ever success.
She finished third to Shagreen at Gowran Park last time out and was staying on in the closing stages of that race run over 1m 1f 100y.
The slightly more experienced Evening Hush looks the danger. She finished second over course and distance last month and has since gone close at Wexford over a shorter trip. That race was only on Saturday however and she had a hard enough battle to think that may take its effect so soon.
