BUNDESLIGA / LA LIGA PREVIEW: Our European football tipster The Ultra previews Friday’s games between HERTHA BERLIN v BAYERN MUNICH and ALAVES v REAL VALLADOLID both with a recommended BETDAQ bet.

HERTHA BERLIN V BAYERN MUNICH

7pm After a break in midweek action in Europe, we are back with a bang on Friday night! We start with the German Champions Bayern Munich travelling to take on Hertha Berlin. For a brief time at the start of the season it looked like the Bundesliga might be a close race this season. Bayern were dropping points they usually wouldn’t, while RB Leipzig and Bayer Leverkusen looked in great form. That’s all changed now, and Bayern start this matchday seven points clear as they others have fallen away. If they win tonight they will be ten points clear and the title nearly in the bag.

They should win easily tonight too, with Hertha having a poor season. The market has Bayern a little higher than usual as they are trading 1.31 on BETDAQ Betting Exchange – they should be a banker for every BETDAQ Multiple this weekend! Hertha arrive here without a win in five and they haven’t exactly been playing the top teams either. Their xG figures have been poor all season, and their last three games have been particularly poor. That points to a big Bayern win – if you’re giving up three or more goals to the likes of Frankfurt, Werder Bremen and Hoffenheim, then what are Bayern going to score! Bayern are very tempting -1.5 goals, but I’m happy to go for -2.5 goals at 2.62.

The Ultra Says:
Two points win Bayern Munich -2.5 goals to beat Hertha Berlin at 2.62 on BETDAQ Betting Exchange

ALAVES V REAL VALLADOLID

8pm We finish the evening with a massive tie at the bottom of La Liga. Things are desperately tight at the bottom of the table for a number of sides this season, and this is a huge tie Alaves. Home advantage isn’t worth what it was in Covid19 times, but they need to get a result. They are one point behind Valladolid as they sit in 18th position, however Elche are only two behind them and they have two games in hand. Huesca aren’t out of it either – there’s only four points between 20th and 15th so it’s going to be a very tough battle for all six clubs. This game is a real six pointer!

Valladolid lost ground when losing 3-1 to bottom placed Huesca last Friday, while Alaves had a very boring 0-0 with Getafe with a very low xG of only 0.20 to 0.34. Alaves have had a tough fixture list lately, having to play Real Madrid and Sevilla, however they were very poor against Almeria in the Cup and Cadiz prior to that. Valladolid have been poor this season too as their position reflects – however I feel they are worth backing at the odds tonight. They create a lot more than Alaves, and although they concede a lot too – Alaves don’t create a huge amount to take advantage of that. Valladolid look the value at 3.2 in what should be a low quality affair between two very average sides.

The Ultra Says:
One point win Real Valladolid to beat Alaves at 3.2 on BETDAQ Betting Exchange
