OLYMPIAKOS V MANCHESTER CITY

5.55pm We have another cracking night of Champions League action on Wednesday and we kick it off early as Olympiakos host Man City. Pep Guardiola suffered yet another setback at the weekend as he watched his side lose to Jose Mourinho’s Spurs side and City still have major issues throughout their side. They have had issues at the back for a few seasons now, but their problem this year has been going forward. They just aren’t creating the same volume of chances they used and if they aren’t creating chances, they aren’t scoring.

They are unlikely to be put under pressure by this Olympiakos side but it was still take a brave punter to lump on City at 1.32. I can see City getting the job done here, but I still feel that the 1.33 is on the short side. The 3-0 win in Manchester slightly flattered City in perhaps they should have scored less but they were deserved winners. I feel the best option here is under 2.5 goals with City struggling to create chances. Away from home it’s likely they will grind out a 1-0 or 2-0 win against a poor Olympiakos side, and unders looks worth backing at 2.3.

The Ultra Says:
One point win Under 2.5 goals at 2.3 on BETDAQ Betting Exchange

LIVERPOOL V ATALANTA

8pm All eyes will be on Liverpool v Atalanta again on BETDAQ Betting Exchange tonight after Liverpool steamrolled Atalanta 5-0 before the International break! Serie A fans will know just how good Atalanta are, topping Serie A last season on xG. They were a lot of punters favourites to challenger for the title this season, but they just haven’t got off a good start. They have had two draws since losing 5-0 to Liverpool, although one of those was a 1-1 with Inter Milan and they were very unlucky not to win at a weekend having to settle for a 0-0 draw having created an xG of 2.13.

Despite having a number of injury worries over the last few weeks, Liverpool have been absolutely excellent. They are actually unbeaten since losing Virgil van Dijk to injury and although we have added more to that list, they were absolutely excellent against Leicester here at the weekend. They brushed aside a good Leicester side 3-0, but they could have easily scored more – they finished the game with an xG of 4.35. Liverpool looked much the better side when these two met, and although the 5-0 scoreline flattered them, it was obvious who was the winner from early on. The 1.73 on the home win here looks cracking value – Liverpool have been excellent and when they get on a roll like they have done in the last few weeks it’s always a good time to back them.

The Ultra Says:
Three points win Liverpool to beat Atalanta at 1.73 on BETDAQ Betting Exchange
