EUROPA LEAGUE WEDNESDAY: Our European football tipster The Ultra can’t wait for the resumption of European football tonight and previews the Europa League action between SHAKHTAR DONETSK v WOLFSBURG, INTER MILAN v GETAFE and MANCHESTER UNITED v LASK all with a recommended BETDAQ bet.

SHAKHTAR DONETSK V WOLFSBURG
5.55pm European football is back! The Europa League returns on Wednesday night and what a brilliant month of top quality football we have to enjoy. I can’t wait. It must be a World Record time between the first and second legs here, but Shakhtar take a 2-1 lead into this tie after winning in Germany. Obviously a lot has happened since then, but we should have a very good game here. Wolfsburg need to attack and although Shakhtar are strong domestically they have also shown signs of weakness at the back.
Wolfsburg performed well in the Bundesliga after lockdown, they put in some surprisingly poor performances from nowhere but we managed to land a few big bets on them at the same time. xG puts Wolfsburg into the top five, although they could only manage seventh in the Bundesliga. The home is tempting because I feel Wolfsburg are underrated heading into this tie, but with them needing to score I expect plenty of goals. Over 2.5 goals is definitely worth a bet at 1.75 in what should be a very entertaining game.

INTER MILAN V GETAFE
8pm This is the only fixture tonight that didn’t have a first leg because Italy entered lockdown a little before the rest of Europe so we have a neutral venue in a winner takes all clash. Inter are one of the sides who arrive here from the Champions League, finishing third in a group with Barcelona and Dortmund. Perhaps a little disappointing to finish behind Dortmund, but they were never going to top Barcelona. Getafe finished La Liga very poorly and have only recorded one win since returning from lockdown.
Inter have been flying in Serie A and finished the season very strongly. They finish second four points clear of Atalanta, and actually only ended up one point behind Juventus after a poor finish from the Champions. Getafe have had very tight games with little goals, but their problem is that they haven’t been scoring. Inter don’t have this problem, as their recent results show and at 1.71 they are a very good bet. Getafe have only netted once in their last six, and Inter can outclass them tonight.

MANCHESTER UNITED V LASK
8pm With the Inter game kicking off at the same time, I highly recommend watching that game! That doesn’t mean that there isn’t a good bet in this one however, with Both Team To Score catching my eye here at 2.16. This tie is effectively over with United winning the first leg 5-0. LASK can enjoy their trip to Old Trafford, and I feel that they can get on the score sheet here. They have been reasonably impressive in the Europe League this season for the level they play at, and although Untied put five past them in the first leg, the last three goals came quickly and late.
United finished the season looking very tired and surely Ole will take the chance to give a longer rest to some of his star players with a five goal advantage. That means we should see a weaker than usual United side and looking at the LASK xG numbers before they bumped into United, I feel they can score here. Odds against is worth backing.
