ST LEGER
The greyhound St Leger is one of the most prestigious competitions on the calender which has been held at the south London track since 1999.
During the previous 70 years it was staged at Wembley.
The final has 13k to the winner and is run over a distance of 687m.
The final itself looks tricky so I am going straight to the consolation, the 8.35, where i fancy two against the field!

TRAP 1 Express Trend might end up favourite but I dont think he will be suited by the draw and I think TRAP 3 Goa Girl and TRAP 5 Bubbly Swallow will get to the front early and take the play away from him.
Bubbly Swallow will be suited by the drop in trip and I think this will be his cup of tea. There could be a lot of early crowding and I think he can benefit.
If escaping early trouble, Goa Girl can follow him as he has been running well lately and looks set to hold TRAP 4 and TRAP 6 on a run on the 10th Nov where he was unlucky and on cross form also holds TRAP 6.
VERDICT
Instead of being a layer of TRAP 1, back TRAP 5 full stake at 2.5 and over with a half stake saver on TRAP 3 at anything from 7.0.
