RELYING ON THE LORD: SHAMROCK naps Lord Of Lords in the final race at Thurles on Thursday. Currently trading around evens on BETDAQ.
Hopefully we’ll save the best until last today with the nap, Lord Of Lords who looks to have an outstanding chance in the maiden hurdle.
He made a hugely impressive debut at Navan, winning a bumper by 23 lengths and was well backed prior to the race suggesting he was already looking smart at home.
He then made his jumping debut at Fairyhouse and ran a sound race to take 4th of 19 behind Bright New Dawn, he clattered a couple of the hurdles on the way round but this experience should hopefully do him the world of good in terms of today’s race.
Ruby Walsh is onboard which of course is a positive and even more so when you consider Willie Mullins also has a runner in the race – Shake The Tree.
