FRIDAY NIGHT AT DUNDALK: SHAMROCK heads to Dundalk this evening for his best bet on the card which runs at 8.45.

Shaiyzar is making the transition from jumps to flat rather than the usual other way round.
He contested three bumpers and did best in his final start at Roscommon when fifth but did much better on his flat debut here when second to She’s No Joke (beaten a neck) over 1m 4f. He steps back in distance tonight which is a little puzzling given stamina doesn’t seem to be in question but this a weak contest and the move should be rewarded.
Hoe Hoe also made a pleasing debut here over course and distance when a 25/1 shot and finishing fourth to Snow Scene. She looks the danger.
