CHAMPIONS LEAGUE WEDNESDAY: We preview Wednesday’s Champions League games between CRVENA ZVEZDA V TOTTENHAM and ATALANTA V MANCHESTER CITY with recommended BETDAQ bets.
CRVENA ZVEZDA V TOTTENHAM
8pm It’s been yet another disappointing week for Spurs. They’ve lost to Liverpool and then drew with Everton at the weekend since they beat Crvena Zvezda 5-0 only two weeks ago. That victory was looked upon by some as something that might kick start their season and given them a bit of confidence. Something is just not right with Spurs at the moment, but as we seen two weeks ago they are levels above Crvena Zvezda and should get the job done tonight.
The match odds at the time of writing currently trade; Crvena Zvezda 5.6, Tottenham 1.71 and the draw is 4.2. After seeing the game between these two last time, Spurs look massive at 1.71. The home side haven’t been able to play a game since because it’s out of season for them domestically and another win would be huge for Spurs here. They won’t be able to top the Group because of Bayern Munich, but a win here would effectively seal second position and at 1.71 they are worth backing.

ATALANTA V MANCHESTER CITY
8pm Manchester City cruised past Atalanta two weeks ago when winning 5-1, and a win here would seal top spot in Group C. In fairness they already look absolutely certain for top spot; however three points here would allow Guardiola to rest players. Perhaps he might elect to rest some of his stars for this fixture given that they have a huge clash coming up against Liverpool in the Premier League at the weekend. A loss there would be a huge blow to their title hopes.
The match odds at the time of writing currently trade; Atalanta 5.9, Manchester City 1.55 and the draw is 5.3. Atalanta actually bounced back by scoring seven goals after City beat them 5-1! They then drew away to Napoli, but they got beaten at the weekend here against Cagliari. To be honest after seeing the first game between the teams it’s hard to see how Atalanta can stop City from winning here. We make City closer to 1.4 rather than the 1.55 on offer and we’re happy to back them to wrap up top spot in the Group tonight.
