TWO WINNERS OUT OF THREE FOR 43 POINTS PROFIT ON BETDAQ: Daqman continued in top form yesterday with two cracking winners from three races at fabulous BETDAQ value, making 43 points profit on the day:

JONJO SENIOR TOP OF THE POPS
⭕ 2.26 Carlisle It’s all change for Kings Temptation. After a hat-trick going left-handed on the oval at Uttoxeter with its flat and galloping four-furlong finish, he switches to a tougher track, Carlisle, which is right-handed and has a hill-climb finish.
The Uttoxeter spree has cost him a 20lb rise, but he remains in class 3 and has a new partner in Sam Twiston-Davies, who may plan to keep a close eye on champion jockey Brian Hughes on Empire de Maulde.
Empire de Maulde is unexposed at six and should improve for a wind op but he’s up in trip and only six; his age group don’t win this race.
Cage Of Fear quickly improved above his hurdles mark, with a win and second over fences, but he’s another too young for this race if the stats are to be believed.
The hidden horse is Pop Rockstar. He won this race last year for Jonjo O’Neill in these conditions when fresh and with Jonjo junior in the plate, as he is today.
It was his second chase success last autumn but he was then overfaced in Graded chases and lost his way. An overnight gamble with some bookmakers, Pop Rockstar is also down to 10.0 in the BETDAQ orange as I write.
Bafana Blue was four out of six over fences last year, including 2-2 here at Carlisle. Could bounce back, dropped in class.
The stable hasn’t had a winner since the Spring (46 straight losers) but you can get 18.5 in the orange that Blue makes the breakthrough today.
KIRBY TO WIN THIS ON THE NOD
⭕ 2.35 Lingfield Passing Nod is 2-2 at Lingfield for Adam Kirby, who gets back on board today, after the three-year-old showed signs of a return to form on Saturday. Well drawn and 6.9 in the BETDAQ orange.
Bartat (stall 12) is looking for a hat-trick but has failed in five starts at Lingfield and carries a 6lb penalty from success only five days ago at Chelmsford.
Alongside him in gate 11, Chocco Star returns after a break with cheekpieces on for the first time.
Prince Rock has ‘bridesmaid’ form figures but is a CD winner with Silvestre de Sousa booked.

⭕ 3.55 Wincanton This is a strong handicap hurdle. Chantecler has responded well to his switch to Nicky Henderson’s yard but, at nine, he’s not really the right age to set up a sequence (famous last words).
If what you see is what you get, and the ratings have him fourth best before the weights adjustment, you wouldn’t want to take a short price. The right-handed track is also against him (0-6), so a ready-made excuse for bailing out today.
Get Back Get Back has just started winning, and ended Jamacho’s run the last day, which is why Jamacho has a conditional rider this afternoon, and drifted like a lonely dog on a raft to 15.0 this morning.
‘Get Back’ has to be saved for a run and Wincanton is not easy, but it’s clear that Sean Bowen has been learning about him at the same time that the horse has been learning about hurdling: 4.6 on the BETDAQ betting exchange
Twin Star has been penalised 10lb for winning well at Bangor. The visor has been left off Twenty Twenty, who is up 5lb and without the usual conditional.
So the main threat to ‘Get Back’ may be Andaleep, who has landed back-to-back wins at Sandown on the Flat and, on his rating there, is thrown in over hurdles.
Snag with that: Andaleep tried hurdles as a three-year-old and didn’t take to them, recording 0040U ‘figures’. So you’re betting a short price that he is stronger now, and has ‘forgotten’ that car-crash.
GOOD MORNING, CAPTAIN AT 3.5
⭕ 4.30 Wincanton Forgot To Ask ran third in the Mandarin at Newbury but the handicapper was not impressed and dropped his rating.
I can’t have the two 12-year-olds, Bally Longford and Follow The Swallow. The local horse, Lillington, has a weight swing in his favour, on his third to Follow The Swallow at Uttoxeter last month.
But Captain Tommy looked to have found his place in the NH arena when moved into a handicap chase, just run out of it a length by a previously easy winner. Bryony Frost rides this track well (25% strike rate). BETDAQ 3.5 taken.
⭕ 6.30 Chelmsford The big field plays to Jamie Spencer’s judgment. He’s the only rider to have won on Rovaniemi, who returns to AW, after going well at York (in a big-field) when slowly away. Unexposed.
Also possible improvers because lightly raced and winners the last day are Alminoor and Tilsitt, from the same stable.
The low draw favours Rovaniemi (BETDAQ 7.0), Tilsitt and Sidereal, a good second of 15 here two weeks back. Not easy to win with, like Late Arrival, who is visored first time but is in a high stall.
