BUNDESLIGA / LA LIGA PREVIEW: Our European football tipster The Ultra previews Saturday’s games between BAYERN MUNICH v HOFFENHEIM, REAL MADRID v LEVANTE and RB LEIPZIG v BAYER LEVERKUSEN all with a recommended BETDAQ bet.
BAYERN MUNICH V HOFFENHEIM

We start the day with the Bundesliga Champions Bayern Munich hosting Hoffenheim. They will be hoping for revenge after Hoffenheim beat them 4-1 earlier in the season! That result came as a big shock, however Bayern didn’t have much time to recover from the UEFA Super Cup that went into extra time a few days before. With home advantage now, not that it means much these days, they should be able to get one back on Hoffenheim. The markets fully agree, with Bayern as short as 1.26!
With Bayern such a short price, focus turns to the side markets here. I’m expecting plenty of goals between these two, but so is the market. Over 3.5 goals is as short as 1.53. I have to say Both Teams To Score looks cracking value at 1.5 when you compare it to the goals markets. Hoffenheim have managed two 3-0 wins coming into this and granted they have come against much weaker opposition, Bayern like to play an open game and I can only see goals here.

REAL MADRID V LEVANTE
3.15pm We move to La Liga next as Real Madrid host Levante. Real have dropped further ground in recent weeks as they now sit seven points behind Atletico Madrid having played a game more too. A lot can happen in the second half of the season, but Atletico look to be nearly there and it goes without saying that Real just can’t afford to drop any more points – especially in games like this. Levante have been in reasonable form lately too, so they should give a good account of themselves. Real should come out on top, but I’m not keen on backing them at 1.37 – they haven’t performed well enough for me to start lumping on them at sub 1.4!
I like Both Teams To Score again here at 1.8. Real are unbeaten in nine La Liga games, but they have had their fair share of draws and they concede plenty of goals too. Levante are a classic mid-table La Liga side, and perhaps they’ll have a go if Real score early. The recent Levante games have been jam packed with goals and over 2.5 goals is trading just below 1.5. That price compared to Both Teams To Score at 1.8 makes the BTTS bet look good value. Real are weak at the back too, so I can definitely see Levante getting on the score sheet.

RB LEIPZIG V BAYER LEVERKUSEN
5.30pm We move back to Bundesliga for the highlight of the day! A couple of weeks ago these two were challenging Bayern Munich and were definite title contenders. Now, Bayern are clear the top and these two have dropped some needless points. RB Leipzig start the weekend seven points behind Bayern, with Leverkusen a further three behind Leipzig. Bayern will more than likely add another three points earlier today – a draw here and the league is probably over even this early in the season. Both sides lost last weekend, with Leverkusen losing 1-0 to Wolfsburg and Leipzig surprisingly losing 3-2 to Mainz.
Both of them started the season so well, but they seem to have ran out of steam now. I would be worried about Leverkusen as they sold a lot of attacking talent in the transfer window and although it looked like they were getting on OK without them – their starting to lose games now and their xG figures are poor going forward. I feel Leipzig are a little short at 2.0 even allowing for Leverkusen’s standards to drop as they have been playing well either. The bets that jumps off the page here is over 2.5 goals at 1.71 though! Both sides play a very open game and they have been making mistakes at the back lately too – I’d have overs 1.6.
