LA LIGA PREVIEW: Our European football tipster The Ultra previews the Friday’s La Liga clash between LEVANTE v CADIZ with a recommended BETDAQ bet.
LEVANTE V CADIZ
8pm Just one game in Europe on Friday night as Levante host Cadiz in La Liga. We’re down to the final weekend in La Liga, but they have staggered the games a little. All the games that matter kick off at 5pm on Saturday, while three “meaningless” games take place over Friday and Sunday so we have football to enjoy! There are positives and negatives to every fixture schedule, but there’d a benefit to spacing out some games on the final weekend in my opinion. Anyway, all eyes will be on Levante v Cadiz on Friday on BETDAQ Betting Exchange
Cadiz will be delighted with their first season in La Liga. They sit in 12th heading into the final weekend and that will be an excellent results for them. They have had some incredible results this season beating the likes of Barcelona and Real Madrid – not many sides can say that! They actually took four points off Barcelona in their two games. They come into the final weekend off the back of two losses, and perhaps a little worrying is they have conceded a host of chances in the final two games – 2.21 and 3.13 on xG.
Levante are your average mid-table La Liga side, but they actually come into their final fixture three points behind Cadiz. They have had a terrible finish to their season – it’s been seven games since they beat Eibar who are sitting in last. They have had a big say on the title race as they held Barcelona to a 3-3 draw – they were pretty lucky there too as xG finished 3.35 to 1.28 to Barcelona.
I have two bets I’m interested in tonight, and I wouldn’t put anyone off either of them. The tricky decision for me is what will be my best bet. The first bet I’m interested in is the Levante lay at 1.81 – that looks incredibly short for a side finishing the season like Levante. I know Cadiz have gave away a lot of chances recently, but Levante haven’t been creating much. For example in their last game against Getafe they finished with an xG of 0.35!
The other bet I like is over 2.5 goals at 1.55. It’s hard to see this game not having goals – either side have anything to play for and there’s no reason why they won’t attack. Cadiz have definitely opened up in their last few games and Levante generally see goals in their games. Like I said, I wouldn’t put anyone off either bet but my best bet is the Levante lay. I just can’t have them at odds on given the form they come into this game in – I Know Cadiz are limited, but I still wouldn’t have Levante odds on.
The Ultra Says:
Three points lay (liability) Levante to beat Cadiz at 1.81 with BETDAQ Betting Exchange
