Monday We kick off the week with the Women’s World Cup which brings a battle for top spot in Group C as Japan take on Spain on ITV from 08:00. One thing we know for certain is that England won’t be lifting the urn on Monday as they fight for a series draw with Australia in the final day of the fifth Ashes Test, which gets underway from 11:00 on Sky Sports.

Tuesday is set to be a Glorious day as the first day of racing from Goodwood gets underway from 13:40 on ITV. The Lionesses will be in action at 13:00 as they take on China in their final group game on ITV. It’s that time of year again as the Hundred has its opening day on Tuesday – Trent Rockets v Southern Brave takes centre stage on Sky Sports as the women take to the field from 15:00, followed by the men’s game at 18:30.

Glorious Goodwood returns for its second day on Wednesday with the Nassau Stakes taking centre stage, with the first race on ITV from 13:50. Both Hundred games come from the men’s competition as Sky Sports show Welsh Fire v Manchester Originals at 15:00 with the 18:30 slot providing a local derby between London Spirit and Oval Invincibles.

Thursday is the middle day at Glorious Goodwood as thousands more racing fans pile in, and those at home can watch the first race on ITV from 13:50. The Hundred action continues as the Northern Superchargers take on Birmingham Phoenix, with the women’s game up first at 15:00 and the men taking to the field at 18:30 – both games live on Sky Sports. It wouldn’t be Thursday if there wasn’t a PGA Tour event starting, and this week’s action comes from the Wyndham Championship, which will get underway at 19:00 on Sky Sports.

Friday is a big day in the English football calendar as the EFL Championship officially restarts with Sheffield Wednesday v Southampton the opening fixture live on Sky Sports from 20:00.

Glorious Goodwood continues from 13:50 on ITV, as does the Wyndham Championship from 18:00 on Sky Sports. It’s Southern Brave v Welsh Fire in the Hundred with the women taking to the Ageas Bowl first at 15:30 and the men’s game at 18:00, both on Sky Sports.

Saturday We start the weekend with a bang as the knockout stages of the Women’s World Cup get underway, with two Round of 16 fixtures to be shown on ITV with the earlier kick-off at 06:00 followed by a 09:00 start in the next. Celtic begin their title defence at 12:30 as they take on Ross County in the Scottish Premiership on Sky Sports. Glorious Goodwood draws to a close on Saturday with the Stewards’ Cup the pick of the race card, which will begin at 13:50 on ITV. There is just one live game in the Men’s Hundred as Manchester Originals welcome London Spirit to Old Trafford from 14:30 on Sky Sports. With cuts made in the Wyndham Championship, the remaining players return to the course for the third round which gets underway from 17:00 on Sky Sports.

Set your alarms for an early start on Sunday morning as the Women’s World Cup Round of 16 fixtures continue on ITV with the first game at 03:00, and the second at the later time of 10:00. It’s an action-packed afternoon in the EFL Championship as we have three games on the Sky Sports schedule. The first sees Leicester return to life in the Championship against Coventry from 12:00. Leeds United v Cardiff is up next at 14:30, and Sunderland v Ipswich at 17:00 is the final game of the day.
