DOUBLE OF SUPERNAPS: It’s all super stuff for 10 minutes. That’s Daqman’s hope for a double of supernaps between 3.25 Deauville and 3.35 Salisbury this afternoon before the terrestrial TV meeting at Windsor tonight where he has two 8.0 bets.

ALL-ACTION WEEKEND: Look out tomorrow for five Friday meetings in England, then on Saturday there’s the pick of Daqman’s bets from the Curragh, Bath, Deauville, Doncaster, Newbury, Market Rasen, Ripon and Perth

THE RETURN OF ECONOMICS

⭕ 3.25 Deauville (1m 2f 3yo Group 2) Giant horse Economics finally makes his reappearance. After he slammed the Dante field six lengths at York 91 days ago in May, he was found to be injured and bled ominously from the nose.

William Haggas’s Night Of Thunder colt has as his target the Irish Champion Stakes (Leopardstown, September 14), sponsored by his royal owner’s Bahraini nation to the tune of £1,250,000.

Once a Derby hopeful, Economics has a dam’s sire, Peintre Celebre, who won the Arc, so could be yet another high-ranking colt to take his place in that power-packed line-up.

Today he must easily dispose of Listed winner Almaquam (Ed Walker), sixth to Rosallion in a Group-1 mile at Royal Ascot; and Jayarebe (Brian Meehan), Group-3 winner there at today’s trip.

If it had been soft-heavy, the bigger danger might have been Bright Picture, whose only defeat in five starts was by subsequent King Edward V11 Stakes winner Calandagan.

BUTTERFLIES CAN TAKE OFF

⭕ 3.35 Salisbury (2yo fillies novice, 1m) Ryan Moore has five booked rides here today, like the first day just the one for Aidan O’Brien.

Butterfly Wings, a Justify filly out of a Galileo mare, Butterflies, a half-sister to Giants Causeway, sounds exciting after a quiet fourth on the debut at Leopardstown.

Ralph Beckett, an exceptional trainer of fillies, saddles a Frankel called Participle (dam, Present Tense), and Ollie Sangster’s Flight – has twice run well already – is by Siyouni, sire of Arc winner, Sotsass.

THUNDER’S BRIGHT CHANCE

⭕ 4.35 Deauville (1m 3yo fillies Group 3) A Night Of Thunder filly, Bright Thunder, won a Listed at Chantilly for Karl Burke in late June (Cetera last of nine).

Tom Marquand, who rides Economics, gets a spare for Francis-Henri Graffard on Otherworldly, who needs to have made significant improvement for a maiden win seven weeks back.

Spiritual (Team Gosden), who shows her best with some cut in the ground, made all to beat Soprano at Sandown (1m soft, Listed).

ZAYINA FOR TON-UP BILLY

⭕ 6.00 Windsor The money lost at Yarmouth three weeks back, when Zayina was beaten favourite (waiting for room; had to be switched), could be recouped in this at BETDAQ 8.0 this morning.

Billy Loughnane, last season’s champion apprentice but still only 18, will want to make up for that, after powering to his 100th winner for the second season in a row at Kempton last night.

No excuses this time with a strong pace assured. Front-runners God Of Fire, up a stone for his July hat-trick, and Due To Henry are both CD winners.

Zayina was giving weight to the winner who was completing a four-timer,and then went up a grade, second to Lieber Power, one of the favourites in the next race, a class 3, too.

BRITANNIA FLOPS CLASH

⭕ 7.00 Windsor Racebreaks Ryder, thought so much of he ran in the Britannia at Royal Ascot and the Golden Mile at Goodwood last summer, returned to form the last day, placed at the Glorious meeting, gelded and off a mark 17lb lower. BETDAQ 8.0 taken.

Arctic Thunder has now dropped a grade since a decent run in this year’s Britannia and Andrew Balding gives Oisin Murphy the ride, with Murphy keen to impress this week, riding a double yesterday after a sudden absence following four winners at Newmarket. Betdaq Betting Exchange 6.1 taken.

What are points? Points facilitate a staking plan, which is the secret to creating profit. One point is whatever you choose: a pound, a euro, or whatever ….

Start with a bank and decide how much you can afford to lose over a period of time, and determine the size of your bets accordingly. Daqman makes this variation every day.
