GOODIE GOODIE! DAQMAN DOUBLE: Daqman landed a 50-minute double between Fairyhouse and Kempton Park last night, capped by supernap Skimmer. Two winners out of three, the third bet runner-up following seconds at 10-1 and 11-1 on Monday and Tuesday. Sunday’s nap won, also odds against (see yesterday).

Wednesday: Profit on the day 38.50
WON 11-8 GOODIE TWO SHOES
WON 6-5 SKIMMER (supernap)

AMAZING VALUE Betdaq Betting Exchange Check out through the day’s offers and exchanges the amazing value for BETDAQ backers at the three-day July Meeting at Newmarket with opening 100, 102 and 104% percentage totals noted race by race below.

THE FURTHER THEY GO…

⭕ 1.50 Newmarket (Bahrain Trophy) Scandinavia in first-time cheekpieces is the first of nine Ballydoyle entries at this July Meeting.

This is a rerun of the Queen’s Vase, in which he was fifth, just threeparts of a length behind the runner-up, Furthur, with Hallelujah U 6th the same distance behind and Titanium Emperor 7th.

Today’s winner has twice been Queen’s Vase placed in recent years, and I look no Further for a bet today.

Betdaq Betting Exchange (100%) 2.42 Scandinavia, 3.85 Further

⭕ 2.45 Carlisle What better jockey to book by the day’s leading trainer at Carlisle than the track’s hottest jockey.

Clifford Lee is all set to front-run in this fillies sprint on Andrew Balding’s Breckenbrough who has been showing fine speed over 7f and drops back to 5f+, well drawn for her handicap debut. BETDAQ 6.1 this morning.

DO NOT OPPOSE BIG VALUE

⭕ 2.25 Newmarket (July Stakes) Brussels is another Wootton Bassett, his latest star crop (in 2022) producing Camille Pissarro, Henri Matisse, Tennessee Stud and Whirl – to name but a few, as they say – those four alone winners of dead on £3m.

Brussels is a massive big baby; won a race in late May but Royal Ascot was too soon for him.

The market will tell you about today for him but he takes on the rapidly maturing Do Or Do Not, whom they dared send to Ascot, though a maiden.

He bagged a rating of 105, thrilling Ed Walker’s team after running up to Gstaad in the 20-runner Coventry. Big value.

Comical Point’s fifth in the Norfolk was rated 95 but Woodcote Stakes winner at Epsom, Maximized (a Mehmas), is underrated.

The second that day, Havana Hurricane, took the Windsor Castle, deemed to be worth 100. Mehmas won this July Stakes in 2016.

Betdaq Betting Exchange (102%) 2.71 Maximised, 2.85 Brussels, 10 Do Or Do Not.

RUSH FOR HANDICAP SNIP

⭕ 3.00 Newmarket My table of trainers for big handicaps over the summer weeks had Andrew Balding and William Haggas figuring prominently, while Clive Cox and one or two others were capable of plotting a hit.

Let’s see if any of them fit into the stats jigsaw for this race, which suggests we dismiss stalls numbered below 8 (scoring only 1-10) and weights above 8st 12lb (also 1-10).

Even with big fields fanned across the track, they usually settle into an arrow formation and middle stalls 8, 9, 11, 12, 14 leave those on the wings exposed.

Double Rush (11) has improved nearly a stone this year yet is better off with Invictus Gold (1) though he beat that one in similar open spaces on the Rowley Mile course.

Better off with Hucklesbrook (17) on York form in June and holds American Style (14), who was fifth in the same race.

Arabian Sun (13) is 9lb better with Hucklesbrook on Leicester form in the spring, needing the race and, when he beat a big field at Windsor last month, he showed that his Group-2 entry as a juvenile was not entirely wishful thinking if premature.

Tawasol (12) was punished 11lb for going clear at Doncaster but he still looks a danger to all. Prince Of India (5) is well in but has to cope with a low draw.

Betdaq Betting Exchange (104%) 6.3 Double Rush, 10 Tawasol, 12 Arabian Sun

What are points? Points facilitate a staking plan, which is the secret to creating profit. One point is whatever you choose: a pound, a euro, or whatever ….

Start with a bank and decide how much you can afford to lose over a period of time, and determine the size of your bets accordingly. Daqman makes this variation every day.
