WALES V BELGIUM

7.45pm A new week begins on Betdaq Betting Exchange with some massive World Cup Qualifiers! Wales and Northern Ireland are in action as they host Belgium and Germany – both games are 0% Commission on Betdaq! We kick off the night in Group J as Wales host Belgium – it’s fair to say North Macedonia keep surprising everyone in this Group. They currently sit top with twelve points, Belgium just behind on eleven and Wales on ten. You only have to have a quick look at the Group to know how big this game is for both sides! A massive factor however is the fact that North Macedonia have played one game more; but whoever loses here will clearly be on the backfoot – Wales will host North Macedonia in the final Group game in November; you know Cardiff will be absolutely rocking for that one as it will likely decide who progresses. Cardiff will also be rocking here though, and hopefully we see as much drama as we had when the sides met in June. Belgium won 4-3 with the winning goal coming from Kevin De Bruyne in the 88th minute. It’s fair to say that most football fans would have expected Belgium to top this Group without much fuss, but it hasn’t turned out that way.

Belgium do have two “easy” games on paper to finish in November however; Kazakhstan and Liechtenstein. They also come into this game as the odds on favourites too so it’s highly likely they will sit top the Group. Belgium are trading 1.87 with Wales 4.7 and the draw is 3.85 at the time of writing. Belgium were held to a 0-0 draw at home on Friday night against North Macedonia. You only have to look at the stats to see how unlikely they were there; 78% possession and an xG of 2.79 compared to conceding just 0.27! That being said, that’s not the first time Belgium have dominated a game and failed to take their chances – they actually fluff their lines quite often to be honest, especially in the bigger games. Wales were hammered by England, while Tuchel was complaining about the crowd – it is hard for England fans to “get up” for a meaningless game all things considered. We had a very entertaining game when the sides met earlier in the Group, and I feel goals is the best way to go here again. Over 2.5 goals is trading 1.86 and for me that looks a better value bet than the Belgium win at one tick bigger.

The Ultra Says:
One point win Over 2.5 goals at 1.86 on BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE.

NORTHERN IRELAND V GERMANY

7.45pm Next we move over to Group A for another massive game as Northern Ireland host Germany. Everyone in football would have been expecting Germany to easily top this Group, and they probably still will in fairness, but a shock loss against Slovakia leaves things wide open at the moment. Germany, Northern Ireland and Slovakia all have six points coming into this matchday! I said in my preview of Friday night that it was the start of massive few days for Northern Ireland – they started the job well with a win over Slovakia. Obviously that was the massive fixture given not many football fans would have been expecting them to get a result against Germany – also too the fact that Slovakia beat Germany obviously put them in the box seat in the race for second. Northern Ireland have to travel to Slovakia in November, and that game will likely decide who finishes second given Northern Ireland play Luxembourg here and Slovakia are away to Germany on the final matchday. As you would expect, Germany come into this game as the red-hot favourites. Germany are trading 1.38 with Northern Ireland 9.4 and the draw is 5.9 at the time of writing.

Northern Ireland are a much stronger side with home advantage, but it’s hard to see them getting a result here. The gulf in class in massive, and although there’s no prizes for tipping 1.38 shots, I would happily include Germany in any Acca this week! I do feel this game is going to be about how many goals rather than will Germany actually win, and we’ll have to look around the side markets for some value here. Germany recorded a smooth 3-1 win over Northern Ireland when they had home advantage earlier in the Group, and it’s fair to say that Germany haven’t been at their best for a while in front of goal. They are clearly going through a traditional period, but it feels like we’ve been saying that for a number of years now. We have a competitive market on the 1.5 goal line, but I would lean towards Germany to cover that at 1.92. I can see Northern Ireland being very cagey here though and putting XI men behind the ball; a draw here would be an excellent result and given Germany haven’t exactly blown sides away lately I like Under 3.5 goals at 1.66.

The Ultra Says:
Two points win Under 3.5 goals at 1.66 on BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE.
