MOONFALL 18.0 WINDFALL FOR DAQMAN: Daqman landed a Group-race double with winners of the Gold Cup and the Ribblesdale yesterday but saved the best for a one-two in the Britannia, his bull’s-eye strike gambled down to 13-2 from BETDAQ 18.0 and paying more than 65-1 when forecast with his 10-1 runner-up.

DAQMAN: Royal Ascot Day 3: profit of 64.75
WON 13-2 MOONFALL BETDAQ 18.0

WON 4-1 EARTH SHOT (Ribblesdale) BETDAQ 6.2
WON 11-8 SCANDINAVIA (Gold Cup)
MOORE TO EMIT STAMINA
🎩 3.40 Royal Ascot (Duke Of Edinburgh Handicap) Seven consecutive winners drawn 12 or higher but, though 9st 2lb to 9st 4lb covers 6-10 successful, two-thirds of today’s field is rated 100-105 in a mix of running styles.
Come-from-behind Hopewell Rock’s first run gelded was third six weeks back behind a one-two on the opening day this week, but he’s drawn eight.
Thunder Run disappointed on Wednesday, letting down the form of Warrant Holder who has a big weight and needs to settle, though such as Emit might help.
Emit (gate 13) is down 7lb, dropping to a handicap for only the second time since Group placed three times and a Listed winner last summer. Ryan Moore likely to make use of this one’s stamina.
A strong gallop will boost the chances of Plage De Havre (stall 15); Oisin Murphy for Andrew Balding, who won with Generic yesterday.
Emit’s stable has another big shout with Omni Man, who has been running over shorter but stall 4 potentially embroils him in traffic problems, as does the one stall for Opportunity.
Betdaq Betting Exchange 9.7 Emit, 12.5 Plage De Havre

BALANTINA IS BIG AT 17.5
🎩 4.20 Royal Ascot (Coronation Stakes) The sons of Ballydoyle fool you as much as the father, Aidan O’Brien, yer man of 100 Royal Ascot winners. Here’s his latest Rubik’s cube.
You cannot with any degree of certainty that’s akin to their prices judge whether his Irish 1,000 Guineas winner, Precise (Ryan Moore), can hand out the same beating as she did that Curragh day to his Newmarket 1,000 Guineas winner, True Love (Wayne Lordan today).
But Wayne has had his day, with Great Barrier Reef taking the Coventry from the nothing-Moore-to-give O’Brien favourite, Confucius, yesterday.
You have to worry whether Precise and True Love have recovered from their battle in late May, though they’ve had twice as long as Legacy Link who flopped in the Ribblesdale yesterday .
And today’s card suggests that more than just scraps remain for second son Donnacha this week, possibly Breeders Cup Juvenile winner, Balantina (Oisin Murphy), as a 17.5 BETDAQ surprise.
Glyfada is a strong fancy for the Sandringham (5.00), when Murphy again rides for Donnacha.
WATCH GREY REPEL O’BRIENS
🎩 5.00 Royal Ascot (Sandringham Stakes) While favourites have won this handicap from where you’d expect to find the winner (stalls 17, 21, 25), there have been massive upsets from the other side of the track: 1, 2, 4 winning at 33-1, 22-1, 33-1.
Your Rubik’s Cube this time is that Glyfada (out of 31) for Donnacha O’Brien has beaten subsequent winners in her last two races. But both those winners were trained by brother Joseph!
Joseph therefore gets sightings for his Mixed Feelings (stall 2, Dylan Browne McMonagle at BETDAQ 45.0 this morning) and Green Carrera (30, Mickael Barzalona), who are split across the track.
I’ll leave the O’Brien family party with mixed feelings and give myself a chance to follow my bet in this handicap melee by picking a grey, Repel (gate 1), at a 43.0 BETDAQ offers.
WINE CAN HAVE HIS DERBY
🎩 5.35 Royal Ascot (King Edward VII Stakes) This ‘Ascot Derby’ has produced King George winner Pyledriver, Champion Stakes star King Of Steel and world champion Calandagan in the last few years alone.
This looks weak by comparison but something could emerge from the clash of Aidan O’Brien with Causeway and John Gosden with Water To Wine, both King George entries.
Causeway is one of the last of the Wootton Bassetts out of a Galileo mare and Water To Wine is a giant Kingman colt, who slammed Derby fifth Alderman at Newbury and would have gone Chester Vase then Epsom but was running a temperature before his intended Derby trial.

What are points? Points facilitate a staking plan, which is the secret to creating profit. One point is whatever you choose: a pound, a euro, or whatever ….
Start with a bank and decide how much you can afford to lose over a period of time, and determine the size of your bets accordingly. Daqman makes this variation every day.
