TUESDAY WINNING NAP: Dancing Daffodil (WON 4/7) at Towcester yesterday. DAQMAN heads to the four BETDAQ sponsored races at Kempton tonight where there has been a light dusting of snow this morning. He has a NAP, two place bets and LAY on the card.

Firstly, news from Catterick which passed their morning inspection.

Catterick clerk of the course Fiona Needham said: “It’s very good news. “We had no snow and overnight temperatures got down to minus 1C, which wasn’t a problem.”

I’m heading to Kempton tonight for a look at the first four races on the card – all sponsored by BETDAQ.

3:50 Win Big With Betdaq Multiples Handicap (3yo+, Class 4, 1m 2f, 12 runners) Dubawi Island is an obvious starting point here as he is tried over a new distance for the first time in his career. He has raced over one mile in all eight career starts (one win) and is stepped up two furlongs here, presumabaly after a staying on effort last time out at Wolverhampton when second to Chookie Royale.

I think he’ll see out the extra trip and make him my nap today as he is up against very out of form rivals here with the exception of Ancient Greece who was a course and distance winner last time out but races in a higher grade tonight off a 3lb higher mark. He hasn’t fared too well in the draw department – 13, which is worse of all – I always want low numbers around Kempton although the advantage is more pronounced in the shorter distance races. However, I think Ancient Greece will again be placed tonight and for that reason am recommending an additional place bet on him tonight.

4:20 Betdaq Mobile Apps/British Stallion Studs E.B.F. Maiden Fillies’ Stakes (2yo, Class 5, 6f, 12 runners) The John Gosden trained debutant Khobaraa, daughter of Invincible Spirit, obviously catches the eye but the Roger Varian trained Sherinn already has the benefit of a run and shaped well on debut behind Fearless Jacq at Newmarket. However, at around evens on BETDAQ, I’m definitely a layer. The form of that Newmarket race hasn’t worked out particularly well, she tries Polytrack for the first time tonight and she hasn’t been seen since the Newmarket race which was in August.

4:50 Back Or Lay At betdaq.com Maiden Stakes (3yo+, Class 5, 6f, 9 runners) Graham Lee capped an incredible start to the first year of his reinvention as a Flat jockey by riding his 100th winner of 2012 at Wolverhampton yesterday onboard the 1-2 favourite Prophets Pride. He’s done brilliantly and has a chance in this race on Summer Sun but, given she has often found one too good, I’m again heading towards the BETDAQ place market.

5:20 Betdaq Casino Games Nursery (2yo, Class 5, 1m, 9 runners) This is a no play race for me. The well drawn horses look up against it on the form book and there’s a whole host of potential improvers. I wanted to be against Beau Select but not enough for a bet.

DAQMAN’S BETS

BET: 5pts place Ancient Greece (3.50 Kempton)
LAY to WIN 10 POINTS Sherinn (4.20 Kempton)
