GRAND BEST BET WINS 7-2: Winner-a-day Daqman landed a 7-2 nap yesterday and made a Monday profit of 8.25 points.

WON 7-2 GRAND KARAT (Monday nap)
WON 11-4 KEKE (Sunday)
WON 13-8 WHIRL (Saturday)

TODAY Daqman checks out chances at Musselburgh, Stratford and Chelmsford, and looks forward to handicaps he so often wins.

DAQMAN HANDICAP MOVE

It’s the Eclipse and King George this month. But many punters have had enough of the Classics, and the share-out among the same-old players seated at the Group-1 table.

Punters too often feel handicapped but handicaps themselves are the very races in which Daqman excels and his followers hit pay-dirt.

His main targets this month (below) are at the three main meetings but next week he will lay out his plans to make a haul of big-odds strikes.

12 July Bunbury Cup (Newmarket July meeting)
12 July John Smith’s Cup (York)
26 July International Handicap (Ascot)

CLUES TO DETECTIVE

⭕ 4.00 Musselburgh Diane Sayer, whose stable form is currently 130101, Flat and Jumps, may have found an opening for Detective.

A low draw is useful here and Detective, out of the one stall, has dropped 6lb below his class-5 third here in April. This is class 6.

That’s two grades lower for Shine On Brendan, bidding for his third win in this particular race and reunited with Kaiya Fraser, who scored back-to-back wins on Jim Goldie’s eight-year-old last season.

THE REAL McCOY..

⭕ 7.48 Stratford Jamie Snowden is absolutely flying (30% strike rate) and Stratford is one of his top five tracks.

He has Gavin Sheehan, of course, on Realistic Optimism (7.15) but I wouldn’t discount Doc McCoy in this one, with 7lb claimed by Isabelle Ryder. Both Sheehan and the girl rider won on him in May.

The handicapper really didn’t take notice until he made all at Fontwell then he was pushed up 12lb, so today’s 7lb claim will be vital.

Another claimed off, Shark Hanlon’s Roxboro River is interesting but the yard has been out of form.

POINT OF INFORMATION

⭕ 8.00 Chelmsford A 7f Listed for fillies with Jabaara top-rated but drawn wide. Three times winner of a similar race at Musselburgh (twice) and Carlisle but only third on today’s course. Not disgraced in Group races (form 2202).

Lou Lou’s Gift was never out of the first three in six races, stepping up 13lb last year at this time but we haven’t seen her since.

Miss Information was an impressive winner of the Kensington Palace Stakes at Royal Ascot after a poor passage at Epsom when favourite for a handicap there at the Derby meeting. Betdaq Betting Exchange 7.0

But a bigger danger to Jabaara may be 7.9 offer Fair Point, placed 2-2 on AW, one of them third here at Chelmsford last summer.

Set to give weight on her Chester comeback to the favourite, Never So Brave, whose second place that day set him up for an easy win in the Buckingham Palace Stakes at Royal Ascot.

What are points? Points facilitate a staking plan, which is the secret to creating profit. One point is whatever you choose: a pound, a euro, or whatever ….

Start with a bank and decide how much you can afford to lose over a period of time, and determine the size of your bets accordingly. Daqman makes this variation every day.
