DAQMAN’S QUICK AWAY: A flying start to the week for Daqman on Monday who found two winners from just three selections including a 9/4 NAP.

Monday: profit on the day 17.2 points
WON 9-4 CONTINUANCE (Monday nap)
WON 2-1 QUICK AWAY

TUESDAY MIX: Daqman has one selection each from Wetherby, Exeter and Wolverhampton.

FORTUNE TELLER SAYS KELCE

⭕ 3.35 Wetherby: A race reduced to four runners with the defection of Felicie Du Maquis and backers of Nicky Henderson’s De Tellers Fortune, who was heading the Betdaq Betting Exchange morning market, will be looking for him to prove his Wincanton run last time out all wrong.

He was pulled up that day after never traveling a yard and the ground (soft) looked a valid excuse given he had won his previous two races which came on the same good ground as forecast today.

I don’t think he is a world beater though and the rise in weights and class is enough to put me off him at a short price today.

Grand Albert is hard to work out. He won by 25 lengths over course and distance over Christmas but was then well tailed off at Kelso on his subsequent start.

I’ll take a chance with Kelce who has proven form at this level and is a confirmed front runner who could boss the race.

POINT TO MAKE

⭕ 4.27 Exeter: The Long Point made a bold bid from the front at Kempton on handicap debut last time out and despite the 3lb rise looks set to dominate here against weaker opposition.

The biggest danger could actually be the complete outsider of the field in Night Duty. Despite finishing last of five at Cheltenham on New Year’s Day, he was far from disgraced and ran well last time out at Catterick. He’s down again in the weights and I will include for a WIN 20 return on Betdaq.

THAT’S THE SPIRIT

⭕ 8.30 Wolverhampton Forest Spirit should be worth the wait.

The Michael Bell trained filly romped home by five lengths at Southwell on Saturday and escapes a penalty given it came in an apprentice race – so you can understand the desire to get her out again quickly before the handicapper has his say.

Harry The Haggler looks the most likely danger with in form Rossa Ryan (three winners here last night) onboard. He is consistent enough at this level and remains off a competitive handicap mark.

What are points? Points facilitate a staking plan, which is the secret to creating profit. One point is whatever you choose: a pound, a euro, or whatever ….

Start with a bank and decide how much you can afford to lose over a period of time, and determine the size of your bets accordingly. Daqman makes this variation every day.
